INT7445 Community Environmental LawScannell,YvonneThe EU has emerged as the undisputed leader in international environmental politics and the world leader in environmental regulation in the last 20 years. This course introduces students to the important role of the principles of European environmental law in environmental regulation and to the EU techniques for environmental management.
